What materials are used in your bracelets?
Our bracelets are handcrafted using genuine leather and medical-grade stainless steel. The main properties of the materials our products are made from are Hypoallergenic: Steel does not react with skin. This makes it safe even for people with increased sensitivity and allergies to metals. Corrosion resistance: The material does not rust, oxidize, or darken when in contact with water (including salt water), sweat, or cosmetics. Durability: Steel is significantly harder than silver and gold, so it is less susceptible to scratches and retains its original shine longer. Aesthetics: Visually indistinguishable from white gold or platinum.. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail.
Do you offer different sizes?
Yes. Each bracelet is available in sizes to ensure a comfortable fit. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
How to find your size?
To accurately measure a bracelet size, you need to determine your wrist circumference. To do this, wrap a flexible measuring tape around the widest part of your wrist (over the wristbone). The tape should fit snugly but not press against your skin. If you don't have a tape measure, you can measure with something else: a piece of string or a strip of paper. Wrap it around your wrist, mark the intersection, and place it against a regular ruler. There's no need to add any extra measurement to the result; we'll add some extra for comfortable wear during manufacturing.

How long does production take?
Each bracelet is made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days before shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 1-2 days for domestic and 3-6 weeks for international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
How do I care for my bracelet?
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, or direct sunlight
- Store in a dry place, preferably in the pouch provided
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
