Ukrposhta: Standard delivery across Ukraine, including remote areas.

2. Rates and Timelines

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Costs within Ukraine are paid by the customer.

Delivery Time: Typically 1–2 business days for Nova Poshta and 3–7 business days for Ukrposhta.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Russia and Belarus):

Carriers: Ukrposhta (Standard International).

International Shipping Costs: Standard worldwide delivery starts from free up to $25 USD, depending on the weight and destination country. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before payment and are paid by the customer.

Delivery Time: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email containing your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s official website.

5. Inspection upon Receipt

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the items are damaged or incorrect:

File a claim/report with the carrier’s representative on the spot.

Take photos of the damage.
