2. Rates and Timelines

Shipping Costs: Calculated according to the carrier's rates and paid by the customer.

Delivery Time: Typically 1–2 business days for Nova Poshta and 3–7 business days for Ukrposhta.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Russia and Belarus):

Carriers: Ukrposhta (Standard International).

Delivery Time: Estimated 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email containing your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s official website.

5. Inspection upon Receipt

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the items are damaged or incorrect:

File a claim/report with the carrier’s representative on the spot.

Take photos of the damage.
